Training Workshops 2009-10

Flexibility is our trademark:we can work with small groups or large audiences. We can suggest appropriate training for your staff and write a training course to suit your needs. With Abi's experience as a qualified NVQ trainer/assessor, the workshops are delivered to encourage individuals to participate as much as possible. You will not be expected to sing solo, but you won't be able to stop yourself joining in with the singing and actions. Notes and CD handouts make putting the techniques into practice easy and enjoyable.

We are able to deliver these workshops at your workplace, at your national or regional conference or we can be commissioned to run them as part of your current course. We have done this for North Tyne Metropolitan College as part of their Early Years training provision and also for Newcastle upon Tyne Surestart as part of their early years training programme, which is open to anyone working with children (see calendar). Next available course date is 2nd November 2009.

Our fees depend on the preparation involved, the number of trainees and sometimes the travelling time involved. They start at £300 for a tailor made training course. Courses run through Newcastle upon Tyne Surestart as part of their early years training programme can be booked on for an individual fee of about £30 (free if you fall within their catchment area and work in Private Voluntary and Independent sector childcare).
