Dance baby Sing - Round About There

Round about there, sat a little hare		have your baby facing you on your lap, or lying down, and give yourself long ears, with your hands on top of your head. Make a 'Tch Tch Tch' sound with your mouth/teeth!
A cat came and chased him right up there		Use your fingers to draw cat's whiskers on your baby's face, then chase your fingers all over her, tickling as you go.

Alternatively you can hold your baby in your arms, and sing, using one hand tomake ears, and whiskers, and on the '...right up there!' you can spin them round or lift them high in the air, even tickling them in the tummy with your head.

Shake Rattle and Sing - Reach out Bend Down

This is a great action song for toddlers but you can sing it with a baby sat on your lap, and help them to reach forward and down, tap your own feet, then roll their hands over each other, before doing each action.

Reach out,		Reach forwards with your arms
Bend down,		Bend down and touch the floor
Tap your feet,		Tap your feet one at a time on the floor, or tap them with your hads by bending them up and behind you
And turn around.		Turn around on the spot, or spin hands round each other
When you hear the music stop...		Keep turning until you say 'Stop!' then stop and hold still to listen for the action, holding a cupped hand to your ear
Jump around the room		Jump about, try different jumps - star jumps, baby jumps etc.
Shake around the room Go Backwards... Knock knees... Cycle... Tickle...		Shake hands or all parts of body walk slowly backwards Knock knees together, showing toddlers how to bend their knees first lie on the floor on your back and pedal legs, helping younger toddlers to do this Tickle anyone and everyone!
