Returns Policy

If you need to make a change to an online order, please telephone us immediately and we will do our best to oblige.

A full refund will be given for items found to be faulty, provided that they are returned within 4 weeks. (We are more flexible with after-Christmas returns.)

If you change your mind after receiving a product, we will consider a refund on the return of the product at your expense. Please contact us for confirmation before returning any items.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998).

We will only use the information you send us to process your order, and for our own in-house web site evaluations. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your explicit consent. We will never disclose any of the information you give us to a third party.

Online sales are managed entirely by PayPal over a secure connection. We do not gain access to your credit card details at any stage in the order process.
